Static Website is Dead
Static Website is Dead, but you need a Static Web-Page!
Just a quick follow-up so that you don’t get mixed up between static Website versus a Webpage!
There is an important element in building a website that you should not miss!
“Static Website is Dead” means a static website that has not been updated with unique contents and links. A website should be Alive versus Static! A static website will not help your ranking in the search engine…
Website is separate from Web-Page and I hope this clarifies that!
When you build a website, the best technique is to create A Static Page.
This is your main page that will not change every-time you post a new content.
By following the simple steps here, you will create a main web-page that will not change and your new post will only appear in the “Recent Post” in the side bar in WordPress.
Go to: Appearance – Widgets – Recent Posts – slide it over to the Side Bar
If you do not have a static web-page, this is how you set it up.
Create a main page under Add New Page, and not in the Add new Post.
Get at least two of your best contents from your posts. Set up your links, graphic and whatever else you want on the page. No need to delete Posts after you use them in your main page…
Make it visually look nice and make sure to include your main keyword in your heading and subheading, tag it with H1 and H2 tags.
If you picked up this free ‘SEO Pressor’ plugin and installed on WordPress blog, it will give you visual score and tell you what you need to improve and this will help you best optimize your post in the eyes of Search Engines.
Here is the link to the Bloggerhigh site you can obtain the free SEO Plugin
The final step: After you create the page,
Go to: Settings – Reading – select ‘A Static Page’ – Front Page – select the Page name you just created…
Now all your new posts with ‘Killer Content‘ will be added in the Recent Posts and your Web Page will not be affected!

[Step one] Research for Niche to promote. If you already have a niche, you are a step ahead of the majority that you build a site around providing wealth of information about your niche. Research requires finding low competitive Keywords with good search volume. This is essentially the most important step.
[Step two] Building a website to provide information and answers for what people search. The solution to people’s search is providing an affiliate product for purchase. Website creation is the easiest step in affiliate marketing once you learn and this probably is the step you are going to enjoy the most. Your investment to starting a website is very low cost. Buying a Domain cost you about $10 per year, and Hosting your Domain around $6 per month. You don’t need to be computer savvy to build a site. Building a visually pleasing site is easy, but what’s behind the site is the most important part of site building to drive traffic of visitors to make purchase from your site, or signing up to your list and that is the sole purpose of building your website.
Never buy a done-for-you website and I do not recommend outsource building a website. If you did that, you defeat the whole purpose. Regardless how much you spend on having a site built, you are at the mercy of how well they optimize the site that you have no way of knowing or have any control of it, and you will not get return on your investment.
[Step three] Site optimization. Getting your site indexed and visible. Get the site to climb up on the ranking to drive your site to the 1st page and beat your competition in the process. Based the niche research with keywords selection, and competitive strength research, the site can be in the 1st page search overnight. Some sites will not require much offline SEO work, and I prefer to concentrate on website online optimization and site submission, and doing less offline submission as much as possible, because this part takes a lot of work and the result is unreliable and takes too long for my patience. That is the reason I spend my effort is build around market research to build most optimized website, and if I don’t see my site start ranking on its own within a day and up to a few weeks, I do not see any reason to invest more time on the site. Period!
